  • ARANZI NET ONLINE SHOP INTERNATIONAL is for all the customers living outside of Japan. But for the customers in Japan, please use ARANZI NET ONLINE SHOP JAPANESE.

  • Your email address is essential for placing an order.
    We send you an order confirmation by email soon after you have placed your order. If you don't get a confirmation email, please contact us as your order may not be processed successfully.

  • ARANZI ARONZO try to deliver our items to customers all over the world. We ship out all items by EMS(international express mail from Japan). Delivery time depends on its destination. Please allow 1 or 2 week(s) for your order to be delivered.
    There are some areas that EMS cannot deliver your order. If you live in those areas, you may not be able to shop in this site.

  • We will send you a shipping notification email after your order is shipped. The notification will include information such as the shipping date, the total amount (including the shipping charge) and the EMS item number.
    By using the EMS item number, you can find out whether your order has been delivered. Please use this EMS online tracing system : http://tracking.post.japanpost.jp/service/jsp/refi/DP311-00100.jsp?locale=en

  • We are sorry but you can not specify the date and time of your order to be delivered.

  • If the shipping address is different from the billing address, please do not forget to fill in address and telephone number for both addresses.

  • We are sorry but gift boxing service is not available. The invoice that tells the price of items you ordered, will always be enclosed when your order is delivered to the shipping address. Please be careful when you want to send it as a gift to someone.

Undelivered Orders : When an order is undelivered, please trace your parcel with the EMS item number we advised in the 'SHIPPING NOTIFICATION 'on the web site:

If your parcel is retained by your local post office, please collect it from them immediately to avoid your parcel being returned to us in Japan after the retention period expires.

Broken or Missing Items : When an item is broken or missing, please follow the steps outlined below.
  • If your parcel has any damage to its outer package, please submit a claim to the delivery officer and check the items inside with the officer.

  • If your parcel does not have any damage to its outer package but has a broken or missing item, please bring all of the items including the outer package to your local post office and make a claim (damage report) immediately. Following the claim, please promptly let us know the report number and your purchase order number by e-mail. We would appreciate it if you could also send some photos of the damaged item or outer package with the e-mail.

  • Delay in submitting a claim may prevent proper procedures being followed (including sending replacement goods). We appreciate your understanding and prompt attention to these matters.

  • We only accept payment by credit cards. Please read PAYMENT for more detail.

  • The total amount includes the handling charge and shipping charge.

    1. The handling charge is 200 YEN per one order.

    2. The shipping charge depends on the destination and the weight of your order (including the packing material). Please refer to the table below to estimate the shipping charge. The weight of an item is shown in the detailed page of each item.

      We are very sorry but we will not inform you of the total amount of your order including the shipping charge before we ship out your order. But after we ship out, we are sure to inform you of it by email, so please refer to it to check the amount charged to your credit card account.

      The shipping charge may vary due to the postal circumstances. You can estimate the shipping charge from the table above, but that will not be accurate.

      Customs duty may be charged on your order when the package arrives at the customs in your country. Please note that these duties are not collected by ARANZI ARONZO and that customers are responsible for any additional duties at the time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

  • We are sorry, but orders cannot be changed or canceled once they've been submitted.

  • Please check the items when they are delivered to you. If you discover a problem, please contact us within one week of delivery. We will only accept an exchange due to a defective item. (Please note that we can not accept an exchange after more than one week of delivery.)

  • We can not accept returns or exchanges of items once you have worn or used.Returns or exchanges for any other reasons can not be accepted as well.

"SOLD OUT" means the item has run out but we will not reproduce it for a while (or any more).
